Who operates this service
Information we collect
When you use the estimator or request a call, we may collect your name, phone number, email, mailing address, age or date of birth, selected gender for pricing, desired coverage, language preference, and other information you submit. We also collect beneficiary names, relationships, mailing addresses, primary or contingent designations, and allocation percentages when you complete that step. We may receive ordinary website technical information, such as IP address and browser information, from hosting and security systems.
How we use information
We use the information to show illustrative premium estimates, prepare and transmit your requested inquiry, arrange a response from a licensed insurance agent or broker, verify requests, maintain records, protect against fraud, and operate the website. The website is not an insurance application. Any official application, Social Security number, or payment information is handled later by the licensed agent through an appropriate secure process; do not submit that information on this website.
Sharing and sale of leads
If you request a call, your inquiry and relevant personal and beneficiary information may be sent to a lead aggregator and shared with or sold to participating licensed insurance agents or brokers so they can respond to your request. The specific recipient may not be known when you submit. Participating brokers may offer different products, and an estimated premium does not guarantee a particular offer. We may also disclose information to hosting, form-processing, security, and service providers that support the website, and when legally required. We do not promise that information will never be sold; the purpose of this service includes distributing consumer-requested insurance leads.
Contact preferences
Submitting the request and checking the consent box asks for an agent or broker to contact you by a person-initiated telephone call or individual email about your final expense inquiry. It does not itself authorize automated or prerecorded marketing calls or texts. You may tell the contacting agent not to contact you again. Submission does not purchase or activate insurance.
Cookies and analytics
Hosting and security tools may use essential cookies or similar technologies. Advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, and cross-context advertising must be separately disclosed if enabled. Do not assume such tools are disabled until the website configuration is checked.
Security and retention
